In May this year, the ITC Leadership and Mentorship Academy kicked off the most coveted initiative: the Mentor-Mentee Programme, an eight-month odyssey designed to groom future leaders in the sector.

Each mentee gained access to a collective brain trust. Through a rotational structure, they engaged with multiple CEOs, absorbing a rich tapestry of leadership philosophies, crisis-tested strategies, and invaluable industry networks.
It was an excellent opportunity to learn strategic thinking from one CEO, stakeholder management from another, and innovative market disruption from a third, creating an understanding that there is no single path to the top, but a multitude of journeys, each with invaluable lessons.
