Jubilee Insurance Uganda has rewarded its best-performing agents in Kampala, recognising their role in driving business growth and expanding insurance services across the country.
The colourful gala attracted company executives, financial advisors, and industry stakeholders, with a strong message on the importance of agents in increasing insurance uptake in Uganda.
Top performers Rosemary Nabatanzi and Nelson Nsubuga stood out on the night, earning praise for their strong sales record, customer retention, and professionalism. Company leaders described them as examples of excellence within the agency network.
Speaking at the event, Acting Chief Executive Officer Eugine Mutekhele said agents remain central to the company’s growth, especially in reaching communities where insurance is still not widely embraced.
Chief Operating Officer Dorcus Kuhimbisa urged agents to focus on building lasting relationships with clients, noting that trust and consistent engagement are key to improving policy retention.
The company also unveiled enhanced incentive programmes, including performance-based rewards and training opportunities aimed at strengthening its nationwide agency force.
Industry stakeholders at the event called for simplified insurance products to attract more Ugandans, particularly those in the informal sector, where awareness and trust remain low.
The gala ended with celebrations and renewed commitment from both agents and management to promote insurance inclusion and improve customer confidence across the country.
